Beware of fraud on Credit Card and Debit Card.  Call us immediately on our 24-hour phone number 800 754 7777 or +966 11 282 5566 to report if your bank account is fraudulent, or for lost and stolen credit card.

Keeping your Credit Card safe

  • Treat your card as cash, never leave it unattended.
  • Do not share your account number.
  • Check your statements regularly and contact us immediately if you notice any irregularity. Errors must be reported within 30 days of the statement mailing date.
  • Never write your card number or personal identification number (PIN) on the outside of an envelope or postcard.
  • Never put your PIN on the card or in your wallet.
  • Carry only the cards you need, especially when travelling.
  • To enable us to serve you better, always keep your contact details updated including your mobile number.
  • If you suspect attempted fraud or your Credit Card is ever lost, stolen or misplaced, contact us immediately on 800 754 7777 or +966 11 282 5566 to report it.
  • You can also block your card through Mobile Banking.
  • Please do not provide any financial/personal/Card related information to an unknown Internet site or respond to any email seeking such information from you.
  • Please do not respond to any caller requesting your Cards details.

  • Shop at sites that offer secure ordering.
  • Be sure to deal with companies that post their privacy policy on their web sites and read the privacy policy.
