• Customer must be an existing Emirates NBD KSA account holder.
• Remittance ONLY to Emirates NBD Egypt accounts.
• Remittance ONLY in EGP, not SAR and not USD.
• Remittance should take less than 1 minute.
• Service available 24/7 and only through online-banking.
• Maximum amount to be transferred per transaction is EGP 100k, and the minimum per transaction SAR 100.
• Customer can make several transactions per day.
• This service is free of charge.

To use the service

• Open an account in Emirates NBD KSA
• Open an account in Emirates NBD EGY or choose to remit to family members who already have accounts in Emirates NBD Egypt.
• Log into internet banking.
• Create new beneficiary under Egypt DirectRemit.
• Activate the beneficiary.
• Log into the internet banking again and initiate the DirectRemit 24/7.
