Winner's conditions:

• Visa and travel requirements
  • The winner must arrange all required travel documents and provide proof of a valid USA visa within 5 days of the winner announcement. If the required documents are not provided within this period, the Bank reserves the right to redraw for new winners and/or withdraw the prize and dispose of it as the bank sees fit
• Use of images and videos
  • The winner authorizes the campaign organizing company to publish pictures and videos of the prize acceptance on their social media platforms and without any objection or demand for compensation or financial payment from the winner
• Receiving the prize through a representative
  • If the winner is a female, she has the right to appoint a representative to receive the prize on her behalf, and this representative authorizes the organizing company to publish pictures and videos of the prize acceptance on their social media platforms and those of their representatives without any objection or demand for compensation or financial payment from the winner
• Prize receipt
  • The winner will sign a prize receipt form to be submitted to the Chamber of Commerce

Draw conditions:

• The draw will take place under the supervision of the chamber of commerce/designated authorized entity
• The winner agrees to participate in the media activity accompanying the announcement of the prize winners
• To achieve transparency and credibility, the name and Mobile number of the participant will be shared with the Chamber of Commerce to draw and select the winners
• The winners will be announced after the draw, no later than the end of March 2026
• Each Participant is eligible to win one Prize only

Redraw conditions:

The bank has the rights to redraw for another winner in any of the following cases:

• The winner does not respond to the Bank or the Chamber of Commerce representative within 24 hours of the winner announcement
• The winner's registered information in the contest does not match their personal information
• The winner is not eligible to receive the prize
• Emirates NBD Branch reserves the right to exclude the winner if any of the previous conditions or any travel requirements related to attending the event (Example: obtaining a valid USA visa within 5 days of the winner announcement) are not met. The bank also reserves the right to redraw new winners and/or withdraw the prize and dispose the prize as the bank sees fit

Prize replacement or transfer:

• The winner has no right to request a replacement of the prize with another prize or cash amount
• The customer does not reserve the right to substitute the prize or substitute himself/herself as the winner
