Terms and conditions for branch of Emirates NBD Bank KSA (“Emirates NBD”) "almatar" App.

Offer Mechanism & Promo Codes:

International Hotels: Cardholders will receive a 20% discount on international hotel bookings using the promo code “ENBD”.

International Flights: Cardholders will receive a 10% discount on international flight bookings using the promo code “ENBD”.

To successfully trigger the offer, bookings must be made through the almatar App or official website.

The total transaction value must be settled fully using an eligible Emirates NBD KSA credit card.

The discount will apply automatically after entering the promotion codes and pay with any Emirates NBD credit cards.

Campaign Period & Validity:

This promotional offer is valid exclusively from 1 July 2026 until 10 July 2026 (inclusive of both dates).

Bookings completed before or after this specified campaign timeline will not qualify for the offer.

Offer Terms & Conditions:

• This offer is valid exclusively for existing and new credit card customers who hold an active Emirates NBD credit card issued by the branch of Emirates NBD Bank – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (ENBD KSA)
• The promotion is applicable to both primary and supplementary credit cards
• Emirates NBD KSA mada Debit Cards are excluded from this campaign
• The hotel discount is capped at a maximum of 300 per customer
• The flight discount is capped at a maximum of 200 per customer
• Each cardholder is entitled to a one-time usage for the hotel discount code and a one-time usage for the flight discount code during the entire campaign duration
• The promotion is applicable solely to international destinations. All domestic flights and hotel bookings within Saudi Arabia are excluded.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other offer
• The transaction invoice value must be paid by entering the card credentials directly into the almatar checkout gateway
• This offer is not valid for payments made through digital wallets such as STC Pay, URPAY, Apple Pay, etc
• The promotion is valid only for credit cards maintained in an active status
• If a cardholder cancels or modifies their booking, the discount value is non-refundable, non-transferable, and will be deducted from the calculated refund according to almatar booking policies
• Reversed / Refunded / unposted transactions are excluded from the offer

General terms and conditions:

• The terms and conditions for Branch of Emirates NBD – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“Emirates NBD”) credit cards shall apply
• Emirates NBD and almatar app has the right to cancel the discount value or close the account for any party that is seeking fraud or illegal profit and on reservations in which any violation of the aforementioned terms and conditions is proven without any responsibility
• Emirates NBD reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions in accordance with the relevant Laws and regulations
• Cards that are blocked or delinquent will be excluded from the offer
• Emirates NBD in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to prevent any individual from benefiting from the offer if he violates these terms and conditions or the terms of use of the product or the bank account, or attempts to tamper with the instructions and mechanism for benefiting from this offer
• These terms and conditions are subject to the laws, regulations and courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• These terms and conditions have been drafted in both Arabic and English version and in case of any discrepancies, the Arabic version shall prevail
