1% Cashback

  • Customers are eligible to receive 1% cashback of the total cumulative value of eligible XAU Currency (Gold) buy transactions executed during the Promotion Period,
  • Only XAU Currency (Gold) buy transactions with a minimum value of 1,000 (or its equivalent) per transaction at the time of execution shall be considered eligible during the Promotion Period.

Terms & Conditions

  • Bank Rights and Liability
    • Emirates NBD KSA reserves the right to exclude any transactions deemed suspicious, abusive, speculative or inconsistent with the intent of the campaign, including transactions executed solely to benefit from the offer
    • The Bank reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any customer found to be misusing the offer, including but not limited to transaction manipulation or abusive trading behavior
    • Emirates NBD KSA reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this campaign or these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to applicable laws and regulations and the relevant notification and disclosure requirements, with prior notice through official channels
    • The Bank shall not be liable for any loss, damage or delay arising from circumstances beyond its control, including system failures, market disruptions or force majeure events
    • The Bank’s records and calculations in relation to this campaign shall be final and binding
  • Miscellaneous
    • Employees of Emirates NBD – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Emirates NBD Group (including permanent, temporary and contractual staff) are excluded from participation in this offer

  • This offer is applicable to Emirates NBD KSA Retail individual customers holding an XAU Currency (Gold) account and is exclusive to Emirates NBD KSA customers
  • This campaign applies to XAU Currency (Gold) buy transactions executed through Emirates NBD KSA approved channels (including mobile app, online banking and branches) during the period from 8 May 2026 to 31 July 2026 (“Promotion Period”)
  • Cashback Offer and Eligibility
    • Customers will be eligible to receive cashback equivalent to 1% of the total cumulative value of eligible XAU Currency (Gold) buy transactions executed during the Promotion Period, subject to these Terms and Conditions
    • Only XAU Currency (Gold) buy transactions with a minimum value of 1,000 (or its equivalent) per transaction at the time of execution shall be considered eligible
    • Eligible transactions must be successfully executed, completed, settled and posted to the customer’s account through the Bank’s official channels. Sell transactions, as well as cancelled, reversed, failed or unposted transactions, shall not be considered eligible
  • Cashback Calculation and Monthly Cap
    • Cashback shall be calculated based on the equivalent value of eligible transactions at the time of execution and aggregated across all eligible transactions conducted by the customer
    • Cashback shall be calculated independently for each calendar month within the Promotion Period based on the total cumulative value of eligible transactions during that month
    • The maximum cashback payable shall not exceed 10,000 per customer per calendar month, regardless of transaction volume
  • Cashback Credit and Conversion
    • The cashback amount shall be determined and credited in to the customer’s current account
    • Cashback will be credited within thirty (30) calendar days from the end of the relevant calendar month
    • The customer’s account must be active and in good standing at the time of credit. The Bank reserves the right to forfeit cashback where the account is closed, inactive or restricted
  • Exclusions and General Conditions
    • Cashback is applicable only to transactions executed at the Bank’s standard board rate as determined and published by the Bank. Transactions executed at preferential or special rates, including those arranged via relationship managers or treasury, are excluded
    • Cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be converted into any other form of reward
    • Where a customer holds multiple accounts, the Bank reserves the right to consolidate eligibility at a customer level
