Auto Lease Customer Service

• Pay the service fee (50 SR) on your Auto Lease Account

The following Documents should be valid for more than 60 days:

• National ID/Iqama
• Driving License
• Car Registration
• Pay the service fee (SAR 40.25) on your Auto Lease Account.
• Pay Traffic Violations (If Any).
• Make sure you have Geographical Insurance Coverage (for GCC or Jordan).
• Valid Exit/Re-Entry Visa (For non-Saudis)

• Valid Motor Vehicles Periodic Inspection (MVPI)
• Pay the Government fees for Car Registration renewal
• Pay the service fee (SAR 40.25) on your Auto Lease Account

• Vehicle should be transferred in Customer's name
• All financial obligations should be completed and contract must be closed before requesting for a Clearance Letter

Required Documents:

• ID/Iqama, Driving License, Istemara
• National Address
• Salary Certificate (Certified by the Chamber of Commerce for the private sector)
• Social Insurance Certificate (for the private sector) GOSI
• Account statement for the last 3 months
• Passport (for non-Saudi)
• Visit our branch with all documents to submit the request
