Qualification Criteria:
Your card must be in good standing and not blocked or closed to be eligible for the promotion.

The Bank shall not be liable for any personal injury; any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Bank’s control);
any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference;
any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Bank) due to any reason beyond the control of the Bank; or
use of a prize.
Emirates NBD reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions in accordance with the relevant Laws and regulations.
The eligible Cardholders will receive specific communication from the Bank through EDM, SMS or digital media communication with respect to the specific promotion period. Enrollment rights are reserved and solely determined by the bank.
It is the cardholder’s responsibility to ensure that their personal details provided to the bank are correct. Details such as mobile number, email address, and name should be updated with the bank on an ongoing basis.
Emirates NBD in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to prevent any individual from benefiting from the offer if he violates these terms and conditions or the terms of use of the product, or attempts to tamper with the instructions and mechanism for benefiting from this offer.
These terms and conditions are subject to the laws, regulations and courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
These terms and conditions have been drafted in both Arabic and English version and in case of any discrepancies, the Arabic version shall prevail.
