Terms & Conditions:

• This offer is applicable for all Credit Cards issued by Branch of Emirates NBD - KSA.
• This offer is exclusive for Emirates NBD Branch - KSA existing and new customers.
• Branch of Emirates NBD - KSA employees are excluded from this campaign.
• This offer is valid from 24th of June till 22nd of August 2025.
• Customers will be eligible to earn additional chances to enter the draw to win one of the three Tesla cars, and chances are calculated as follows:
  • New card: Upon obtaining a new credit card during the campaign period the customer will get 5 chances to enter the draw.
  • International spend: For every accumulated SAR 500 in foreign currency equivalent spent internationally, customer will get 2 additional chances to enter the draw.
  • Local spend: For every accumulated SAR 500 in local currency, customer will get 1 additional chance to enter the draw.
• Examples:
  • New credit card holder: Customer obtained Emirates NBD Credit Card and used it for SAR 2400 international spend during the campaign period, will be calculated as 13 chances in the draw (5 chances for obtaining the credit card and 8 chances for spending).
  • Existing credit card holder: SAR 2400 is the total international spend customer chances will be calculated as 8 chances in the draw.
  • New credit card holder: Customer obtained Emirates NBD Credit Card and used it for SAR 2400 local spend during the campaign period, will be calculated as 9 chances in the draw (5 chances for obtaining the credit card and 4 chances for spending).
  • Existing credit card holder: SAR 2400 is the total local spend customer chances will be calculated as 4 chances in the draw.
• Chances are calculated based on multiples of SAR 500 in foreign and local currency equivalent.
• Card must be active and at least one international or local transaction conducted during the campaign period to enter the draw.
• Transaction should be posted to be considered as eligible spend, transactions that are not posted are not eligible.
• Transactions on the supplementary credit cards will be counted under the main credit card account.
• The draw will take place under the supervision of the chamber of commerce/designated authorized entity.
• SADAD transaction, cash withdrawal, and digital wallet transactions are not eligible.
• Refunds / reversal will be excluded from total spend calculation.
• Branch of Emirates NBD - KSA branch reserves the right to exclude any customer it deems ineligible from the lucky draw.
• Cards that are blocked or delinquent at the time of the draw will be excluded from the promotion.
• The Draw:
  • The draw will be conducted within 15 business days from the campaign expiry date.
  • The draw will be conducted randomly under the supervision of the Chamber of Commerce, or a dedicated committee affiliated with the Chamber of Commerce.
  • The winner agrees to participate in the media activity accompanying the announcement of the prize winners.
  • Card must be active at the time of delivering the prize. Inactive and/or blocked cards will be excluded.
  • The bank reserves the right to redraw new winners and/or withdraw the prize and dispose the prize as the bank sees fit.
  • The winners will be announced after the draw, and the prizes will be delivered to the winner no later than 15 working days from the date of the announcement.
  • Winners shall be contacted by Branch of Emirates NBD Bank - KSA on a best effort basis on the registered mobile number during the bank’s working hours. If the winner is not reachable after ten attempts for any reason whatsoever, the winner is deemed to have missed the winning chance, and the bank shall have absolute right to select another winner.
  • Maximum of 15 working days would be given to winners from the date of announcement to collect their prize, else the prize would be withdrawn and considered forfeited, and the bank shall have absolute right to select another winner.
• Each participant is eligible to win one prize only.
• The customer does not reserve the right to substitute the prize.
• Terms and conditions for branch of Emirates NBD Bank - KSA Credit Cards apply.
• Branch of Emirates NBD – KSA has the right to reject any new credit card request.
• Branch of Emirates NBD reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions in accordance with the relevant Laws and regulations.
• Branch of Emirates NBD in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to prevent any individual from benefiting from the offer if he violates these terms and conditions or the terms of use of the product, or attempts to tamper with the instructions and mechanism for benefiting from this offer.
• These terms and conditions are subject to the laws, regulations and courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• These terms and conditions have been drafted in both Arabic and English version and in case of any discrepancies, the Arabic version shall prevail.
