To avail the offer, the customer must request the sales representative to apply the discount at the point of sale and payment must be made using a physical Emirates NBD Card
This offer is not valid on payments made using Emirates NBD Cards through Apple Pay or any digital wallet
Emirates NBD is not responsible for fulfilling the offer if the customer fails to request the merchant to apply the discount
The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit
The offer is subject to the hotel’s Horizon Rooms and Suites availability policy, Emirates NBD is not responsible for any restrictions set by the hotel or any third party
The offer is valid throughout the campaign period on all days including weekdays, weekends, public holidays and special occasions
Shangri-La Hotel has the right to cancel the discount in case of a breach of any of the terms and conditions of this offer
