  • Salaried (New to Credit): 8K (Customers with no active credit instrument or credit instrument < 6 months in SIMAH report).

Minimum Age:

  • 21 years (STL/NSTL)
  • 25 years (Business Owners/Investor)
  • Government Sector Hijra and Private sectors including Self Employed Gregorian.

Maximum Age at maturity:

  • Salaried: 65 years
  • With the following additional conditions:
  • Customer should provide evidence that retirement age is beyond 60 years.
  • Saudi:
  • ALE: All
  • Non-ALE: 2-year LOS with current employer
  • Expats:
  • ALE: All
  • Non-ALE: 5% higher DP & 2 years LOS with current employer
  • Business Owners/Investor: 70 years
  • * For military sector, age at maturity will depend upon retirement age based on rank.
