It is not necessary for Branch Emirates NBD- Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“ENBD”) customers to obtain any services to participate in the campaign.
All of ENBD credit card holders are eligible to enter the draw with one chance to enter the draw.
This offer is valid for ENBD credit cards holders existing and new customers.

To increase the chances of winning:
international spend:

For every accumulated SAR 1000 in foreign currency spent internationally, customer will get 2 chances to enter the draw.
Chances are calculated based on multiples of SAR 1000 in foreign currency and for international transactions only.

local spend:

For every accumulated SAR 1000 in SAR currency spent locally, customer will get 1 chance to enter the draw.

SADAD transaction, cash withdrawal, and digital wallet transactions are not included in the offer.
International spend definition: Transaction conducted outside of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in non-SAR currency.

Example for the automatic entry mechanism into the draw for the credit card holders:

If the customer spends the equivalent of SAR 2,400, in foreign currencies on international purchases during the campaign period, customer chances will be calculated as 4 chances in the draw.
If SAR 2500 is the total local spend, the customer chances will be calculated as 2 chances in the draw.

Transaction should be posted to be considered as eligible spend, transactions that are not posted are not eligible for the offer.
Refunds/ reversal will be excluded from total spend calculation.
Any fee or charges payable to the bank will be excluded from total spend calculation.
Cards that are blocked or delinquent at the time of the draw will be excluded from the promotion.
This offer cannot be used with any other promotions or offers.
ENBD Employees are excluded from this campaign.
The draw will take place under the supervision of the chamber of commerce/ designated authorized entity.
The Bank reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of similar value or cash.
The winner agrees to participate in the media activity accompanying the announcement of the prize winners.
To achieve transparency and credibility, the name and Mobile number of the participant will be shared with the Chamber of Commerce to draw and select the winners.
The winners will be announced immediately after the draw, and the prizes will be delivered by June 30, 2024.
Each Participant is eligible to win one Prize only.
The customer does not reserve the right to substitute the prize, or substitute himself / herself as the winner, however the customer can determine the companion traveler under the winning package to travel along with the customer.
Winners shall be contacted by the ENBD on a best effort basis on the mobile number registered with ENBD at any time during the Bank’s working hours. If the winner is not reachable after ten (10) tries for any reason whatsoever, the winner is deemed to have missed the winning chance and the Bank shall have absolute right to select another winner.
Bank reserves right to select alternate winner(s) if selected winner(s) decline the winnings under this promotion or is unable to arrange relevant travel documents to attend the event.
Transactions on the supplementary Credit Cards will be counted under the main Credit Card account.
Terms and conditions for branch of Emirates NBD - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia credit cards shall apply.
ENBD shall not be liable to any account holder or any other persons for any loss or damage arising in connection with the Campaign, including without limitation, any error in computing any chances, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment.
ENBD has the right to terminate this campaign or change any terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to the participants. This includes changing the rules regarding eligibility, campaign dates and any of the conditions mentioned. Terms and conditions for Branch of Emirates NBD Bank- Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall apply.
This campaign is exclusive from any other campaigns or offers ongoing during the same period. The customer will be eligible to win in only one of the campaign or offers. If the Eligible Customer has won a prize in any other campaign or offer during the same period, they would no longer be eligible for being part of subsequent draws of this campaign or any campaigns or offers conducted during the same period.
