Keeping your Credit Card and Debit Card safe

Treat your card as cash, never leave it unattended.
Do not share your account number.
Check your statements regularly and contact us immediately if you notice any irregularity. Errors must be reported within 30 days of the statement mailing date.
Never write your card number or personal identification number (PIN) on the outside of an envelope or postcard.
Never put your PIN on the card or in your wallet.
Carry only the cards you need, especially when travelling.
To enable us to serve you better, always keep your contact details updated including your mobile number.
If you suspect attempted fraud or your Credit Card and Debit Card is ever lost, stolen or misplaced, contact us immediately on to report it.
