How to book:

Visit emiratesnbdbenefits.thriwe.com/login to Register or Log in.
For new users enter the first 6 and last 4 digits of your Emirates NBD KSA Visa Infinite Card. > select KSA Visa Infinite Credit Card > then click "Book Now".
Select the Airport Pickup/Drop off service.
Choose Pickup & Drop off Location > Select Pickup Date & Time > Add number of passengers, luggage, and flight number.
After submitting the booking, you'll see a summary of your trip, then click "Place Booking".
A temporary, refundable authorization fee of AED 2 will be applied to verify your card.
You will receive a booking confirmation email within 72 hours.

Terms & Conditions of Airport transfer From and To London – Paris – Barcelona – Madrid – Istanbul:

This offer is applicable for existing and new Visa Infinite Credit Card holders only from branch of Emirates NBD - KSA.
Customer can request total of 2 airport transfers from and To (London – Paris – Barcelona – Madrid – Istanbul) during the campaign period.
The offer is valid starting from 1 to 31 August 2026.
A one-way transfer is considered a drop from airport transfers.
Complimentary airport transfer Pickup/Drop-off services are available to eligible customers by following terms:
- Purchase airline ticket with a minimum total value of 2,500 or more using Visa Infinite Emirates NBD KSA credit card.
- Customer must spend in non-SAR equivalent >= 5,000 within 30 days of utilizing airport transfer service, else bank reserves right to charge 520 + 15% VAT per trip “required spend amount will be affected by changes in the foreign exchange rate”.
- Count of 2 is at primary account level. If customer books using supplementary and primary credit card count exceeds 2 Airport transfers customer will be charged at 520 + 15% VAT.
- All requests should be made 3 clear days prior to the service date excluding the date of placing the request and date of booking (e.g., airport transfer request for 25 June 2026 needs to be placed on or before 21 June 2026).
- Standard vehicles accommodate up to 4 passengers and 4 medium-sized suitcases. Service may be refused if the passenger or luggage capacity is exceeded without prior confirmation.
Airport pick up – drop off service will be confirmed within (48 hours) of placing the request, however, car and driver details will be shared 4-6 hours prior to the service date.
A charge of AED 2 equivalent to 2.08 will be made on your card as a confirmation of your service for which you will receive an SMS alert on your registered mobile number. However, this amount will not reflect in your card statement.
Waiting period for airport transfer during pick up upon arrival is 60 minutes.
Waiting period for airport drop of is 15 to 30 minutes during departure Transfer to Airport.
Airport transfer in London as following:
- Covers three Airports (London Heathrow Airport, London Stansted Airport, London Gatwick Airport).
- Distance for service coverage is up to 40km.
- Only Valid for transfers within city limit of London.
Airport transfer in Turkey as following:
- Covers both Airports Istanbul Airport, Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport only.
- Distance for service coverage is up to 90 km.
- Only Valid for transfer within the city limit of Istanbul.
Airport transfer in Paris –Barcelona and Madrid as following:
- Covers airport (Paris Charles de Gaulle airport, Barcelona–El Prat Airport, Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport).
- Distance for service coverage is up to 50 km.
- Only Valid for transfer within the city limit Paris, Barcelona and Madrid.
Airport Transfer Services are provided by our authorized third-party service provider Thriwe Consulting FZ LLC.
Terms and conditions for branch of Emirates NBD - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Credit Cards shall apply.
These Terms and Conditions have been drafted in both Arabic and English version and in case of discrepancies, the Arabic shall prevail.
Emirates NBD is not responsible for any loss, delay or issues beyond its control, including technical failures or any issue related to product or service with Thriwe directly.
Emirates NBD reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the relevant Laws and regulations.
