This Offer is applicable for all Emirates NBD KSA credit cardholders who have a valid accessibility card issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD)
This offer is applicable only to Tasheelat (Facilitation) Card, Imtiyaz Card, Digital Erkab Card and Digital Autism Card
The minimum amount to be eligible for the Instalment Payment Plan is 1,000
Eligible transactions will be converted into an instalment plan at 0% interest for 3 or 6 months for the eligible customers
No processing fees will be charged on the eligible Instalment Payment plans under this campaign
To benefit from the Instalment Payment Plan, the eligible customers should call Emirates NBD KSA Customer Care on 800 7547777 and request to convert the eligible transactions
Customers must submit a clear copy of their authorised Accessibility Card to the designated Bank email address (ksacustomersupport@EmiratesNBD.com) before requesting the Instalment Payment Plan
All requests are subject to the Bank’s verification and validation of the submitted documents before the instalment conversion is processed and the Bank will configure the 0% instalment plan on the customer’s credit card account
Emirates NBD credit card and Instalment Payment Plan terms and conditions shall apply unless otherwise stated in this campaign
The Bank reserves the right to reject any instalment conversion request if eligibility requirements are not met or if document verification fails

The terms and conditions for Branch of Emirates NBD – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“Emirates NBD”) credit cards shall apply
Cards that blocked or delinquent will be excluded from the offer
Credit cards general terms and conditions apply
