How to avail the offer

For your comfort we offer you free Valet Parking Service when using your Emirates NBD Bank Infinite Credit Card issued by Emirates NBD Bank - KSA.

Visit one of the Valet Parking locations on the list

Inform Valet operator that you are eligible for Emirates NBD bank offer

Scan the QR code which the Valet operator will display to you and open the platform

Complete the registering process in the platform and enter your Emirates NBD Infinite Credit Card information

Valet operator will validate your request on the platform and take your car key

A verification code will be sent by the Valet Parking provider to verify the successful registration process

Each customer is entitled to benefit from the offer with a maximum of 4 free Valet Parking’s during the campaign period (including primary & supplementary cards)
The number of service usage is calculated based on the number of hours consumed
Offer is availed by visiting one of the listed locations of Valet Parking, The valet attendant presents a Dynamic QR code to the customer for scanning and registering through Thriwe’s platform
Only valid for the listed locations
Valet service will be on a first come first reserved basis subject to availability for parking lot
This offer cannot be exchanged for cash value or any other offer
The offer is valid on all weekdays
Valet Parking Service is provided by our authorized service providers Thriwe Development Company for Business Services
If customer uses more than 4 Valet Parking Services for (primary & supplementary) cards during the campaign period bank reserves the right to charge 150 + 15% VAT

If a location is not operational due to unforeseen circumstances, Valet Parking provider (Thriwe) will replace it with another location of the same stature
These terms and conditions have been drafted in both Arabic and English version and in case of discrepancies, the Arabic version shall prevail
These terms and conditions are subject to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia laws and the Committees for the Banking and Financial Disputes and Violations shall the non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute related to these terms and conditions

Infinite tier Emirates NBD KSA Credit Cardholders will need to maintain a monthly minimum spend of 3,000 during the month the respective benefit is utilized,
If the spend is below the required amount, where applicable, the cardholder will be charged an actual fee 150 + VAT for the benefit utilized on their credit card within 3 statement cycles from the actual date of the utilization of the benefit
