Cards that are blocked or delinquent will be excluded from the offer
20% off at Creative Closets branches when using any Emirates NBD cards
The offer is valid until 23 December 2026
The offer is valid at Creative Closets KSA and does not apply to any other location
To avail the offer, the customer must request the sales representative to apply the discount at the point of sale and payment must be made using a physical Emirates NBD card
Emirates NBD is not responsible for fulfilling the offer if the customer fails to request the merchant to apply the discount
The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit
In the event of returning any products from the original purchase, the return terms and conditions will apply
This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer
This offer is not valid on payments made using Emirates NBD cards through Apple Pay or any digital wallet
Creative Closets has the right to cancel the discount in case of a breach of any of the terms and conditions of this offer

Emirates NBD is not responsible for any loss, delay or issues beyond its control, including technical failures or any issue related to products quality, availabilities or services provided by Creative Closets
These terms and conditions are subject to the laws, regulations and courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
These terms and conditions have been drafted in both Arabic and English version and in case of any discrepancies, the Arabic version shall prevail
