Cashback for Mazeed cardholders

Convert to 6-month plan on a minimum spend of SAR 1,000 and get SAR 50 cashback. Convert to 12-month or longer plan on a minimum spend of SAR 7,000 and get SAR 150 cashback.

One-time reward per customer profile across the entire campaign, regardless of the number of cards or instalment payment plan bookings. Credited within 60 days of campaign end, on or before 30 November 2026.

How to enroll

Three simple steps — spend, call, convert.
Step 1

1. Spend on eligible categories

Between 1 July and 30 September 2026, spend at least SAR 1,000 (single or cumulative) on school or university tuition, using your Emirates NBD KSA credit card.
Step 2

2. Call the helpline in August or September

Between 1 August and 30 September 2026, call the Emirates NBD KSA helpline and request conversion of your qualifying 2026 transactions — including July spends — into an Easy Payment Plan.
Step 3

3. Choose your tenor & get rewarded

Pick 3, 6 or 12+ months. Rewards for 6 and 12 month tenors are credited to your active card profile within 60 days of campaign end (by 30 November 2026).

Terms & conditions

  • This offer is applicable for all Emirates NBD KSA credit cardholders excluding Rahhala cardholders.
  • This offer applies to both Primary and Supplementary credit cards excluding Rahhala card.
  • This offer does not apply to educational spends made using Emirates NBD Mada Cards.
  • The customer shall not be eligible for the offer if the credit card is cancelled or blocked before the Bonus Points are credited.
  • The Instalment Plan must remain active until the Bonus Points are credited. Otherwise the customer will not be eligible to receive the Bonus Points.
  • The credit card must not be blocked, permanently suspended or cancelled before the Instalment Plan execution and the Bonus Points are credited. Otherwise, the customer shall not be eligible for the offer, at the Bank’s sole discretion.
  • This offer is applicable to transactions classified by Visa under educational Merchant Category Codes (MCCs), including schools, universities and educational institutions accredited locally and internationally.
  • The minimum qualifying transaction amount is SAR 1,000 or its equivalent in foreign currency.
  • Reversed, declined, disputed or refunded transactions are excluded from the offer.
  • The customer must contact the Bank’s Call Centre during the Campaign Period to request the Instalment Plan at least 2 business days post the transaction execution date.
  • July transactions will be eligible for the offer if the Instalment Plan request is submitted through the Bank’s Call Centre within 45 days from the transaction execution date.
  • The Instalment Plan tenor, applicable fees and Bonus Points shall be determined in accordance with the table below:

  • Rahhala credit cards are excluded from Bonus Plus Point offer, however Rahhala credit cardholders are still eligible for the Instalment plan offer.
  • All administrative/processing fees stated are exclusive of the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at 15%.
  • Bonus Plus Points will be credited one time only per customer during the Campaign Period.
  • This offer applies to the eligible transactions individually or in aggregate during the Campaign Period.
  • Earned Bonus Points will be credited to the Primary Card Account within 60 days from the end of the Campaign Period and no later than 30 November 2026.
  • In case of early closure, the customer must settle the remaining transaction amount in full and must call our help line on 8007547777 to raise instalment payment plan early closure request to avoid instalment payment plan profit charges continuity if applicable. A cancelation fee of SAR100 + VAT will be applied.

General terms and conditions:

  • The terms and conditions for Branch of Emirates NBD – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“Emirates NBD”) credit cards shall apply.
  • Cards that are blocked or delinquent will be excluded from the offer.
  • Credit cards general terms and conditions apply.
  • Emirates NBD reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.  
  • Emirates NBD in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to prevent any individual from benefiting from the offer if he violates these terms and conditions or the terms of use of the product or the Bank account, or attempts to tamper with the instructions and mechanism for benefiting from this offer.
  • These terms and conditions are subject to the laws, regulations and courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • These terms and conditions have been drafted in both Arabic and English version and in case of any discrepancies, the Arabic version shall prevail.
