A customer promotional offer, providing a waiver on the standard transfer service charges for outward SWIFT international telegraphic transfers to eligible customers via online banking, mobile banking or Branch of Emirates NBD Bank Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("Emirates NBD - KSA")
There is no maximum limit on the number of transactions, and no minimum transaction amount is required to be eligible for the offer during campaign period
This offer does not cover any charges that may apply by corresponding banks. Such fees, if applicable, are determined by the receiving institution and are outside the bank’s control
Emirates NBD reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the relevant Laws and regulations
Emirates NBD KSA reserves the right to amend, shorten, cancel, suspend, or terminate this offer or any part thereof along with providing 30 days’ notice. Such notice may be published by Emirates NBD KSA via Emirates NBD KSA Website /or through any other mode of communication as determined by Emirates NBD KSA
Emirates NBD KSA shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from service interruption, malfunction, breach, or misuse of electronic services, where such events are due to circumstances beyond the Bank’s control or caused by the customer’s negligence or failure to maintain the confidentiality of their data or access credentials
Emirates NBD in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to prevent any individual from benefiting from the offer if he violates these terms and conditions or the terms of use of the product or the bank account, or attempts to tamper with the instructions and mechanism for benefiting from this offer
These terms and conditions are subject to the laws, regulations and courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
These terms and conditions have been drafted in both Arabic and English version and in case of any discrepancies, the Arabic version shall prevail
