Based on the initiative of financing awareness programs for small and medium enterprises, Emirates NBD would like to urge small and medium enterprises to:

  • Applying for financing only from entities approved by the Saudi Central Bank
  • Not disclosing your financial or credit data to unreliable parties
  • Commitment to coordinate with your legal accounting office to upload the audited lists on the lists platform
  •   Verifying the identity of the persons marketing the financing and not paying advance fees. Reliable entities do not request fees except after the issuance of the credit approval or according to official contracts bearing the logo and seal of the financing entity and through its branches
  • Not dealing with internal or external suppliers before verifying the credibility of the establishment and the fact of its existence
  • Using documentary credits instead of cash with external suppliers in the absence of a previous relationship
  • Ensure that the volume of financing and repayment installments are in line with the cash flow and the company's profitability
