Terms and conditions - UAE:

Only valid for Infinite Credit Cardholders, customer can request up to 4 complimentary airport transfers in one calendar year (January – December). A one-way transfer is considered a drop from airport transfers.
All requests should be made 2 clear days prior to the service date excluding the date of placing the request and date of booking (e.g. airport transfer request for June 25^th, 2024 need to be placed on or before June 22^th, 2024).
Airport transfer is available only if the air ticket has been purchased through Emirates NBD Infinite Credit Card.
Transfers between Emirates are not valid.
Service available for Infinite Credit Card issued by Branch of Emirates NBD Bank -kingdom of Saudi Arabia (hereinafter referred to as Emirates NBD”).
Airport Transfer in UAE Services are provided by our authorized third party service provider Thriwe Consulting FZ LLC. Emirates NBD makes no warrants and assumes no liability or responsibility with respect to the services provided by the Service Provider.
A charge of AED 1 will be made on your card as a confirmation of your service for which you will receive an SMS alert on your registered mobile number. However this amount will not reflect in your card statement.
Only Valid for transfers within city limit of UAE.
These Terms and Conditions has been drafted in both Arabic and English version and in case of discrepancies, the Arabic shall prevail.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia laws and the Committees for the Banking and Financial Disputes and Violations shall the non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute related to these Terms and Conditions.

Terms and conditions - London/ Istanbul Turkey

Only valid for Infinite Credit Cardholders, customer can request total of two international airport transfers (London – Turkey) starting from the 11^th of July to 31^st of August 2024. A one-way transfer is considered a drop from airport transfers.
Airport transfer is available only if the air ticket has been purchased through Emirates NBD Infinite Credit Card, price of ticket must be equivalent of SAR 1,000 or more.
To Avail the service customer must spend in non-SAR equivalent >=SAR 7 K within 30 days of utilizing airport transfer service, else bank reserves right to charge SAR 520 + 20% VAT per trip “required spend amount will be affected by changes in the foreign exchange rate” “ VAT percentage is affected by the Country service is provided in”
By spending > = SAR7 K (in non-SAR) within 30 days customer can avail the service twice during campaign period. “Required spend amount will be affected by changes in the foreign exchange rate.”
Count of 2 is at primary account level. If customer books using supplementary and primary credit card count exceeds 2 Airport transfers customer will be charged at SAR 520 + 20% VAT
If customer does not adhere to T&Cs bank reserves the right to charge SAR 520 + 20% VAT per trip availed under this offer
All requests should be made 3 clear days prior to the service date excluding the date of placing the request and date of booking (e.g., airport transfer request for June 25^th, 2024 needs to be placed on or before June 21^st, 2024).
Airport pick up – drop off service will be confirmed within (48 hours) of placing the request, however, car and driver details will be shared 4-6 hours prior to the service date.
A charge of AED 2 equivalent to SAR 2.08 will be made on your card as a confirmation of your service for which you will receive an SMS alert on your registered mobile number. However, this amount will not reflect in your card statement.
In case where extra customers or extra luggage exceeds capacity, limitations and have not been notified to us in advance (and confirmed) , we reserve the right to refuse service. This refusal may occur at the point of boarding, standard vehicles can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 4 medium suitcases, and 4 passengers.
Waiting period for airport transfer during pick up upon arrival is 60 minutes.
Waiting period for airport drop of is 15 to 30 minutes during departure Transfer to Airport
Airport transfer in London covers three Airports: London Heathrow airport, London Stansted airport, London Gatwick airport.
Only Valid for transfers within city limit of London.
Distance for service coverage in London is up to 40km.
Airport transfer in Turkey covers both Airports Istanbul airport, Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen airport only.
Distance for service coverage in Istanbul is up to 90 km.
Only Valid for transfer within the city limit of Istanbul.
