Allowance

How to book your service

Airport transfer

Open ZAPS Premium and choose Airport Transfer. Enter your city, terminal, flight details, pickup or drop-off location and mobile number.

Submit at least 48 hours before pickup. A confirmation SMS confirms the booking.

Download the digital voucher from the app — it includes driver details and contact information.

Changes or cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before pickup. Late cancellations or no-shows count as a used ride.

Valet parking

Open ZAPS Premium and select your preferred valet location from inside the app.

A digital parking voucher is generated for the visit. Present it to the valet attendant on drop-off.

Limit: 1 use per day per location, subject to availability.

Complimentary services reset at the end of each calendar year. Unused services cannot be carried forward; Benefits are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.

Service overview & validity

Terms and conditions for Branch of Emirates NBD Bank – KSA (“Emirates NBD”) Airport Transfer and Valet Parking services with ZAPS Premium.
Services: free airport transfers and free valet parking with Emirates NBD Rahhala Infinite Credit Card.
Validity: services are valid from 14 July 2026 to 14 November 2026.
Applicable to Emirates NBD KSA customers holding the following Infinite Credit Cards: Rahhala Infinite Credit Card.
Complimentary services are subject to a minimum monthly eligible spend of 3,000 using an eligible Rahhala Infinite Credit Card, as stipulated in Clause 13.4.A of the Emirates NBD KSA Credit Card Terms and Conditions.
Transactions classified as non-eligible spend under Clause 13.13 of the Emirates NBD KSA Credit Card Terms and Conditions will not be included in meeting the minimum spend requirement. This includes cash withdrawals, balance transfers, credit card fees and charges, government and SADAD payments, digital wallet top-ups or transfers, insurance payments and fuel transactions.

Airport Transfer service rules

The primary cardholder of the Rahhala Infinite-tiered card may utilise two (2) free airport transfers — whether domestically or internationally. Usage is calculated jointly between the primary card and its supplementary cards.
A “ride” is defined as a one-way airport transfer, either from the airport to the customer’s location or from the customer’s location to the airport.
Coverage:
- Within the Kingdom: Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam.
- Outside the Kingdom: selected cities — the full list is available inside the ZAPS Premium app.
Service coverage is limited to locations within a maximum distance of 45 kilometres from the airport within the selected city.
Available vehicle categories:
- Business Class — Lexus Hybrid or similar, subject to availability at the time of booking.
Ride requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, through the ZAPS Premium mobile application.
Booking changes or cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
Failure of the customer to be present at the agreed pickup location and time may be considered as completed usage. Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time will be considered as completed usage.

Valet Parking service rules

Complimentary valet parking is provided for a maximum duration of three (3) hours per visit at selected valet parking locations.
Any valet parking duration exceeding three (3) hours will be charged directly to the customer by the valet service provider.
The primary cardholder of the Infinite-tiered card may utilise two (2) free valet sessions . Usage is calculated jointly between the primary card and its supplementary cards.
Each eligible cardholder may use the service once per day per location, subject to availability.
Valet parking is applicable at selected locations across cities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, subject to availability and operating hours.
The list of selected valet parking locations may be updated periodically and will be communicated through the ZAPS Premium application and the Emirates NBD KSA official website.
Complimentary services reset at the end of each calendar year. Unused services cannot be carried forward.
Complimentary services are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative benefits.

How to register for ZAPS Premium

Customers are advised to download the app and register early — before utilising the service — to ensure a smooth experience.

Download the ZAPS Premium mobile application and complete registration using the mobile number registered with Emirates NBD KSA.
Enter your eligible Rahhala Infinite credit card details during registration.
Registration validation may take up to 72 working hours.
Once validation is completed, you will be notified via an in-app notification, and the services will be activated on the mobile application.

How to avail the Airport Transfer service

Log in to the ZAPS Premium mobile application and select the airport transfer service.
Enter the required travel details, including city, terminal, flight details, pickup or drop-off location and mobile number.
Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation SMS containing the booking details. The booking will only be confirmed once the confirmation SMS is received.
Download the digital voucher from the ZAPS Premium app — it includes the driver details and contact information.

How to avail the Valet Parking service

Log in to the ZAPS Premium mobile application and select the required valet parking location from within the app.
A digital parking voucher will be generated through the application and must be presented to the valet representative upon vehicle drop-off.

Service conditions & customer responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring all booking information entered into the application is accurate.
The services are provided through ZAPS Premium and are subject to operational availability. Emirates NBD KSA does not always guarantee service availability.
Emirates NBD KSA shall not be responsible for booking failures resulting from incorrect information entered by the customer, including flight number, date or pickup time.
For valet parking: remove or secure all valuables before handing over the vehicle. Emirates NBD KSA and the service provider ZAPS Premium shall not be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
For valet parking: any vehicle damage claims must be reported immediately upon vehicle collection, directly to the valet service provider.
The service provider reserves the right to refuse service where vehicle safety requirements are not met or in cases of inappropriate customer conduct.
Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use the application.
By registering for the service, you agree to the ZAPS Premium application terms and privacy policy in addition to Emirates NBD KSA applicable terms and conditions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your application and account credentials.
Application features or access to the service may be modified, suspended or discontinued without prior notice.

General terms and conditions

The terms and conditions for Emirates NBD KSA Credit Cards shall apply.
Cards that are blocked or delinquent will be excluded from the offer.
Emirates NBD reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
Emirates NBD in its absolute discretion reserves the right to prevent any individual from benefiting from the service if they violate these terms and conditions or the terms of use of the product, or attempt to tamper with the instructions and mechanism for benefiting from this service.
Emirates NBD is not responsible for any loss, delay or issues beyond its control, including technical failures or any issue related to the quality, availability or services provided by ZAPS Premium.
These terms and conditions are subject to the laws, regulations and courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
These terms and conditions have been drafted in both Arabic and English versions; in case of any discrepancy, the Arabic version shall prevail.
